Compared to the National Jazz & Blues Festival at Plumpton in Sussex that I’d attended the previous year, this was just huge; perhaps as many as , people stretching all the way up a hill for almost as far as the eye could see. "That's the Way" is a song by English rock band Led Zeppelin from their third album, Led Zeppelin III, released in Like several of the tracks on the album, it is an acoustic song and is particularly noted as being one of the most gentle and mellow compositions in the Led Zeppelin catalogue.

Zeppelin setlist. It appears that only audience tapes of the performance are in circulation and estimated times of these tapes vary from to mins in babeafesamabest.galbergrencalatasasumjuawellupe.co sound quality of the three different CD's we have heard is NOT good. Very, very trebly and distorted to boot, the best of the three is half way decent when remastered.

I was expecting to find a recording of the Zep performance at this earlier Bath festival, but so far we at the Archive have not been presented with a recording. Although a few audio recordings have emerged recently, theres still no audio of Zeppelin at Bath We have been approached by a fan who did record the band at Bath but he has not been able to find his tape and he says the quality.

"That's the Way" was played live at Led Zeppelin concerts from through , and was recalled for their series of concerts at Earls Court in Live versions of the song can also be found on How the West Was Won, the BBC Sessions and the Led Zeppelin DVD. The song was always performed half a step higher than the studio version, and the bass part at the end was always played by John Paul .

Bath Of The Blues (Tarantura TCD 1/2, 1/2) Bath Festival, West Showground, Shepton Mallet, UK – June 28, If there is one Led Zeppelin concert from that has been iconic since the band played it, it is most certainly their performance at the Bath Festival of Blues.
